Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of services provided by Catalyst Consulting KC LLC (“we,” “us”), including our AI systems consulting and our AI assistant products (such as Louie, at meetlouie.com, and our business assistant product). By engaging our services or signing up for one of our products, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide AI and automation consulting for small businesses, and operate AI assistant products you interact with over Telegram, SMS, or email to manage household or business tasks. Assistant responses are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; don't rely on them for anything safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial.
Accounts & billing
Our AI assistant products include a 7-day free trial where noted; your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled at any time from your dashboard. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
SMS terms
If you use one of our products over SMS, message frequency varies based on your use of the product. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You give consent to receive these messages directly to Catalyst Consulting KC LLC when you provide your mobile number during signup — this consent is not shared, bundled, or obtained through any third party, affiliate, or general agreement. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Acceptable use
Don't use our services to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited messages to others, to store information you don't have the right to share with us, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems.
Your data
You own the data you store through our products. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use it — it's part of these terms.
Disclaimers & liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Catalyst Consulting KC LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Termination
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts or engagements that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
