Privacy Policy
Catalyst Consulting KC LLC (“we,” “us”) provides AI systems and automation consulting for small businesses, including AI assistant products (such as Louie, at meetlouie.com, and our business assistant product) that you or your business may interact with over Telegram, SMS, or email. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Contact form & inquiries: your name, email, business name, and message when you reach out to us through our website or book a call.
- Account & billing: for our AI assistant products, your email address and (for business/SMS accounts) your mobile phone number. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details, only a billing reference ID.
- Messages you send our assistants: the content of messages you send over Telegram, SMS, or email, and the assistant's replies, so it can hold a conversation and act on your requests.
- Data you ask our assistants to remember: lists and records you create through the assistant — groceries, tasks, bills, notes, calendar events, and (for business accounts) your own customers, jobs, and invoices.
How we use it
We use your information solely to operate and improve our services: responding to your inquiries, delivering and improving our AI assistant products, and billing your subscription. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging & mobile information
If you provide a mobile phone number to use one of our products over SMS, that number and your consent to receive text messages are used only to deliver that product to you. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies based on your use of the product. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run our services, each acting only on our instructions: Twilio (SMS delivery), Postmark (email delivery), Stripe (billing), Google (calendar sync, only if connected), Anthropic (processes message content to generate assistant replies), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Vercel and Netlify (application hosting), and Web3Forms (contact form delivery). We do not share your information with anyone else, and never for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account or business relationship with us is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below; we'll delete it within 30 days except where we're required to keep records for legal or billing purposes.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption of stored credentials and access controls restricting who can read production data.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
